Brian Silver practices construction and employment law and joined Faughnan Mendicino in early 2021.
Prior to joining Faughnan Mendicino, Brian was a personal injury attorney in Northern Virginia and worked as a consultant with a government contracting firm in Washington, D.C. While attending law school, he organized the school’s trial advocacy competition as an executive board member of the Trial Advocacy Association, while also serving as a member of the Moot Court Board and the Journal of Law, Economics, & Policy.
